Routine Customized Services are ongoing service plans that are customizable, value added service, which are at a fixed monthly (automatic payment) or annual rate.  They are targeted at small/medium businesses

  • Online Help – Provide support online for computers with an active internet connection without the need to go on-site. Can do many of the same services remotely as the on-site help, including tutoring, and managing systems.Get Help Now (when available)

  • Plans can be customized to needs
  • State and local sales taxes now apply for businesses if the work involves hardware repair or maintenance, or new software installation. If it is only software maintenance (such as web design/development, database or server admin) there is no sales tax.
  • Discounts on additional services offered such as digitizing old media, web hosting, and domain names.

Service plans are given priority for appointment scheduling
Customer or Provider are allowed to exit the agreement or come up with a new agreement within a one month notice.
Pricing may vary depending on how large the business/organization is, the number of devices, the amount of data needed to protect, and services needed.
