Hi Nate,
I have about 8+ vhs tapes I would like to have gone through and put on dvd’s.
About how much would this cost and about how long would it take.
Thanks,

$50 per 2 hours video transfer. It is basically priced by the DVD.
Sometimes more than one tape will fit on a dvd, sometimes tapes need to be put on multiple dvds.
I can maybe work with you a little bit on the pricing.
other options include putting video on computer, sharing it on web, or putting it on a portable device.
Chapter markers may be added and videos may be split up.
Additional options at an additional fee include: having color dvd labels and case labels, using online backup for your video.
It takes 2 to 4 times the length of the video for the project to complete.
For 8 tapes it may take 1 to 3 weeks.
I am looking to digitize photos. How can your service help me with this and what is the cost?
For digitizing photo prints I would scan them with a flatbed scanner up to 8.5″x11.7″ scanned in at 4800 pixels per inch – 48 bit color. For digitizing film negatives or slides I would scan them with my slide/film scanner at high resolution.
They can be put on a cd, dvd or flash card such as sd, or flash drive. They could also be shared on the web. In addition they could be put on a portable device such as a mobile phone, laptop, tablet, or iPod. You can choose the method you want. On a dvd I could also make a slideshow.
$50 per 400 or less prints, slides, or film negatives $50
for each 400 after that.
I can maybe work with you a little bit on the pricing.

If you have some old cassette tapes lying around, it s a good idea to digitize and back them up before they decide to show their age and stop working.
